Coverage
Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, up to the value of your purchase.
Non-Refundable
Shipping protection is included with your order and is non-refundable once your order has been processed.
Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
If your package is lost, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Order Tracking

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system immediately.
For this reason, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been submitted, as packing and fulfillment begin shortly after your purchase.
